2012 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING / WINTER WHEELS RALLY
We are pleased to invite you, as a Member of the MAXI OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, to our A.G.M. & Social Event which will take place at:

Programme
12.00 AGM (all welcome)
13.00 Drink & Meet
13.30 Lunch
14.00 Skittles / Social
Members and families are welcome to the AGM, but if you would just like to attend the social part you are very welcome. The main purpose for the AGM will be to agree the Association programme for 2012 and to elect Officers to the Committee.
A first drink will be provided by M-O-A.
Vacancy
There is still a vacancy again for webmaster so any volunteers to assist in this area would be gratefully received. This is not an onerous task – just dealing with the emails triggered from the website (1-2 per week) and possibly helping upload articles (although we may have another volunteer to help with this).
All other committee members are willing to continue in post.
Events
We are conscious that currently most events are Solent /South Coast.
Are members in other areas interested in attending events maybe pub meetings, rallies, Boat Show? If so any suggestions would be very useful so they could be discussed at the AGM.
