She’s a 32 year old boat!!

There’s the inevitable gel coat damage from mooring and use, most professionally repaired, some less so – see survey 

Warps (renewed 2019) and fenders (2019) also showing evidence of wear but all serviceable 

Some crazing in side windows 

The keel tends to rust in places despite the numerous coats of epoxy

A couple of the Stanchion bases have cracked.

Maxi 1300 mainsail cover. Dark blue. Good condition.

Batt Genoa for Maxi 1300 (J 4.55 I 17.2 Roller furling crosscut dacron with UV strip. 2016 Good condition.

North genoa for Maxi 1300 2008 as above Good condition Drogue Line 136m 16mm 8 strand. Never used in anger!
